What to include in your email

Common questions

Lost progress? Progress is stored on the device. Uninstalling the app or clearing storage wipes it. If the game offers Export / Import in Settings, use Export before switching devices.

Remove Ads purchase not showing? Use Restore Purchases (App Store) or ensure you’re signed into the same Google account that bought it (Play). Then reopen the game.

No sound on iPhone? Check the silent / Ring switch and the in-game Sound toggle in Settings.

Ads? Rewarded ads are optional: a video ad plays only when you choose to watch one for a reward (such as the Supporter Crate after a run). On Android there are no forced full-screen ads. The current iPhone version (2.1) also shows an occasional full-screen ad between games, never mid-wave. Remove Ads turns ads off permanently for that store.
